Help needed for Sunday am

I need a longish dress for a ballroom competition on Sunday

I can go shopping this evening only

So what could I buy - I am going to Norwich so any reccommendations need to have branches in Norwich

Slightly evening-y not glittery/glitzy

And I'm off out so will have to look back at just before lunch

Jarrolds is always good but far from cheap - and Debenhams have lots of "evening wear" stuff, sometimes reduced.
