DH had hair like this at our wedding 2 years ago... it is now like this (or the pic in my profile with less makeup...)

He wants it cut off, but doesn't know how (I am assuming different to the wedding style).

He is a rock loving geek, it is fairly fine hair, but not thinning iyswim. He doesn't do grooming so it needs to be easy (a blob of wax/gel type stuff is about his limit).

Work your style guru magic!!!

(For me, I like any look that Johnny Depp has but I do accept that I did not marry him )

Oops - pics the wrong way round, you can tell the wedding one though based on the dress

i like it longer he looks sexier as a hairdresser i would recommend vernon kay type hair longer length and shorter choppy layers on to pjust neeeds a blob of putty to mess up then

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 07:58

I prefer it longer too - he looks like a 12 yr old with it short!

Off to google what Vernon Kay hair looks like

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 07:59

Ooh yes - I think he did that look at one point when he let my hairdresser play!

Aiming to have a list of styles to show him when he gets back

dressedupnowheretogo · 19/09/2007 08:34

make him leave it longer he has to listen your the wife

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 09:56

Hmmm... can't see that happening (or more to the point, I can see the shrieking that would be involved if he tried to tell ME what to do with my hair, so can't bring myself to do it to him )

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 11:09

A bump for a few more styles so I can give him a selection to pick from (he thinks he is making the choice then )

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 17:07

No more? Vernon he can just say yay or nay and then go out and get a nightmare cut - lots means he picks one

harleyd · 19/09/2007 17:11

do not cut the hair, i repeat do not cut the hair!!
i like it longer

CaptainFlameSparrowWifeOfJack · 19/09/2007 20:22

He has agreed to keep it long and just add a few layers to bring it to life a bit - told him that MN voted one vernon kay and 2 keep it long
