But if I have nice clothes and shoes then I will have to put make up on and do my hair, with 5 kids gonna have to get up at 5am!!

At least with jeans and sandals I can get away with the 'rushed mum of 5' look

magnolia74 · 18/09/2007 13:42

same here ggirl. But I want to look nice it's just the practicality of it. Including breast feeding ds1 and being covered in baby sick

MrsBadger · 18/09/2007 13:45

I want to wear knitted dresses and opaque tights (will pass on the shoe boots though)

MrsBadger · 18/09/2007 14:04

MrsBadger · 18/09/2007 14:28

you need a shapely one thus or one with a gathered or ribbed bit under bust thus to make sure it keeps shape.
no sacky tunics

if I started wearing dresses for my usual home edding/after school clubs runs/housework, would that make me a sad 50s housewife throwback? I like dresses but don't really feel i have the opportunity to wear them.

Did anyone happen to glance down and see the "Lesbian couple sue doctor" article??????????????

Shoeboots best if sleek and not too busy and unless you have a slim ankle, best to wear with trousers imho
