Eyelash Curlers that don't stress your eyelashes/cause them to break

I've had issues with my eyelashes falling out since having to have my thyroid removed 2 years ago. I realised waterproof mascara wasn't helping so ditched that...then realised that using eyelash curlers was making it worse. I have used them most of my life.
Since lockdown I've stopped wearing mascara and using eyelash curlers completely and finally my bald spot of about 0.5cm has started to grow back.
But my eyelashes are very straight hence using eyelash curlers for so long......Eyeko ones normally.
Do heated ones work? are they better for your eyelashes than the silicon/rubber pad ones?
Suggestions? Thank you

I think any type of curler would cause stress on the roots, if your eyelashes are very fragile. My lashes are very straight too.The best treatment,I've had is LVL lash lift.Lasts about 6 weeks, very gentle on the lashes and very effective. There's no need to curl them at all. There's always a deal on groupon, but the general price is about £ 40.

Fundamentally, the way they work, logic dictates, some people’s lashes can’t stand the pressure and will break.

Agreed with PP. Try LVL Op, you'll never need curlers again!
