Every woman needs a waterproof jacket. But there's no law saying that it has to be style-free, is there now?
Don't like it. It looks like a tubular tent with arms. No it doesn't. It looks like a tubular airbed with arms. Don't mean to sound disparaging and discouraging but it's horrible.
