Has anyone ordered from H&M recently ?

I actually totally forgot I ordered two weeks ago and hadn't even been despatched.
Anyone ordered recently and how long did that take ?

Oh no 😩 I've ordered my DD's Eid outfit from h&m so I'm really hoping it turns up on time! I haven't had any emails from them yet, but I ordered mine from New Look the day after hers and have already received email updates and should expect it in the post tomorrow.

Yes, ordered some summer stuff and clothes for DS4. Took aaaaages but if it means they're looking after their staff I can wait - nothing was urgent.

Yes, I ordered 10 days ago, forgot about it until today, checked and it does still say pending but that orders are taking longer

I ordered something for me and something for DC on 24 Apr. I was told right away they would come in 2 deliveries, mine arrived at the end of last week, still waiting for DC’s. No update other than a vague ‘delayed’ email but given the pretty sustained slow deliveries I’m not expecting it to arrive until end of this week earliest.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, was notified it dispatched yesterday and tracking says it's now at the Hermes depot, hopefully it'll be here tomorrow

Two or three weeks and it came in two separate deliveries.

Yes, I placed an order on the 15 April, it eventually arrived in 1 May. After all waiting in anticipation all that time, I now need to send it all back as the quality is so poor. Their stuff used to be ok, but it's awful now, even Primark is way better.

In contrast I placed a order with Zara on Saturday which arrived today, and one with New Look which is due tomorrow. Won't bother with H&M again.

My order fr9m 4 April has just been refunded today after I chased it yesterday - peeved as I kinda still wanted it

Pre lock down they were quicker!

In lockdown have ordered twice. First lot came in one and took over 2 weeks. Second lot ordered last week and no updates yet!

I ordered a few sundresses for DD. Took about three weeks to arrive. I don't mind. Hopefully this means they are enabling their warehouse staff to social distance and take time off when they need to.

I did. I got 2 packages. One - a big box containing ...2 sets of earrings! Plus one containing a two vest pack and a nail polish. The earring one came quite quick. I had forgotten about the other package until it arrived!

Yes, took 3 weeks to arrive.

I'd ordered three of the same basic Jersey top. One black, two white, all in Large.

What actually arrived was one black top in medium that must have been a return because I could smell fabric softener/perfume on it, one white top in large, and one cream short sleeved jumper in XS.

It shows how off sizing is because all three items fitted me and I am in no way an XS. I've kept it all. It would be more hassle to send it back. And when I looked online the jumper was £17.99 rather than the £3.99 they've charged me so I got a bargain.

I won't be ordering online from them again though.

It must be because of social distancing meaning there are less of them in the warehouse working. They used to be pretty quick before the pandemic. Now it's taking 2 weeks and more.

They are normally really good pre pandemic. I was thinking of ordering some summer clothes pre lockdown for the kids. Other places are taking a while and then not having the stock to forfil.

I got my sons clothes from sports direct in the end and got a free mug.

I really want some dresses suitable for slobbing around in, but it's just a hassle right now remembering what I ordered. I need to chase a Ebay case as something hasn't been shipped after a month.

Maybe if lockdown lasts i will need to start a log / spreadsheet of lost deliveries

Ordered a few things but forget how over the place their sizing can be so intresting to see.
Expect a wait though. Bit hit and miss before this but hopefully shows they haven't crammed staff together

I placed an order on the 1st but the payment has suddenly disappeared from my pending transactions Confused however the order is still there waiting to be dispatched in my order history.

@arinah, same thing happened to me too. I found the answer in their FAQ I think.
The delivery arrived today and all nine items were correct (unlike the last order), no holes in them (had that too!) and perfectly fitted the pair of them. Two happy children.

@Glittertwins that's great to hear - anything that'll keep the kids happy during lockdown Grin so that was roughly 3 weeks for you? I'm really hoping mine arrived by their estimated date (17th), I can't really afford to order from another store atm, only for h&m to then charge me as well Confused

@arinah - I wasn't charged until they were despatched so you should be okay.
