Has anyone used Lookfantastic.com?

I recently made a purchase from this website. It stated that the product delivery would be sent within a week. I placed my order with them on the 10th April 2020. Today is the 29th April and my orders are not here yet. I've sent an enquiry and have been told to contact the Custom office of my country(Singapore) if I do not receive my orders by the 15th May. This is truly ABSURD! I shop online all the time, this is my first unpleasant experience. I thought this company would be in India or Africa, but it is in UK. The customer service is APPALLING! I never ever post a negative review about a company online, this is the first time ever. I do hope that their customer service will take a reparative action and solve this issue, will update you guys if they do this. Otherwise, if you are not in UK, please save your money/time/stress and shop elsewhere.

I use it all the time, they're great. Cut them some slack, demand is insane at the moment and Royal Mail delays are really long.

I've literally just ordered from them the for the first time this evening! I hope I'm not waiting ages I need my order!

I also subscribe to their monthly beauty box and it's fab.

Love the website, have they confirmed package on the way, my packages within the uk are held up for weeks due to lockdown which is understandable.

Delivery took forever now and before covid and im in the uk (not rural).

They have issues delivering overseas, check Trust Pilot. I once made an order with them and it was delivered to South Korea. I live about 3,000 miles away. They refused to refund me until customs returned the package back to the UK. Their customer "service" are awful. I ended up doing charge back on my credit card. Tracked and insured postage was no help.

Another time my order was shipped to South Africa I received it after three months.

I don't live in South Africa....

How quickly do you normally expect delivery from UK to Singapore? Even assuming they ship same day, 19 days doesn't sound too bad to me and that's not taking into account the current pandemic.

I have no affiliations with Look Fantastic, but this in entirely your fault for not checking where you are buying from, and not taking into account the current GLOBAL crisis.

i've used them many times, they are fine. it's probably to do with the small issue of the pandemic.

They are fine until something goes wrong then they are rubbish. The customer "service" is a joke. Sending overseas shipments is an issue. They have had lots of negative reviews from disappointed customers.

Yes I've used many times. Never any problems. But given the current issues with COVID i'm not surprised. If I lived in Singapore, I'd be more inclined to order from a local vendor.

I ordered from them at the weekend and got it today. They're always quick with UK delivery but agree with everyone else that now is probably not the best time to order from abroad with all the restrictions in place.

And as to your snide remark about India or Africa... perhaps you should order from India. It's a damn site closer to Singapore than the UK is.
