Your favourite non high street on line shop for women’s clothes?

Last year I went through a couple of those ones that advertise on Instagram and ended up with crap quality expensive to return stuff. My fault.
So I’d love some recommendations.
Not the one line version of actual high street shops but something maybe a bit more edgy.

I really miss my high street independent women’s clothes shop for a good browse.

Thanks

Thought or Joe browns?

OneOfTheGrundys · 28/04/2020 18:13

I am watching this avidly. 😊

chunkyrun · 28/04/2020 18:14

Not a clothes shop but I love depop and vinted

CaroleFuckinBaskin · 28/04/2020 18:18

Sugarhill Boutique, Nobody's Child, Harkel Clothing

CaroleFuckinBaskin · 28/04/2020 18:19

Although I mostly get most clothes second hand from ebay these days, but sometimes look for these on there (although I don't think Harkel is a label in itself, it just sells other labels?)

I've bought lots of things from Joe browns, lots of tunics and dresses all of good quality and wear and wash really well.

I like the shape jeans from Pretty Little Thing. I loved Lindy Bop but it shut down due to CV19. :( I love buying vintage or vintage style stuff on eBay. Used to love vintage shops but they are full of 90s gear now, noooo.

You said edgy but I don't know how edgey you mean so try these

Killstar : gothic
Drop dead : alternative
Restyle : different style of gothic clothing and bags
Disturbed : more street wear style alternative with a few more extreme styles
Grindstore/attitude clothing : these both used the be catalog shops so are more varied brands but still under the alternative label

Etsy is a really good palace to get clothing to, I got a lot of natural fibre more 'hippy' clothing from places like 'bubble and squeak' (I think thaat was the name) and the quality has been very good from the independant stores on there, plus you can see them and read reviews which helps so much
