Grey hairline - blonde moneypiece - home dye?

I have a blonde “moneypiece” in the front of my hair - brilliantly done at Toni and Guy before Lockdown - to hide my white hairline and temples (I’m a brunette.) I’m going grey at the front now - should I attempt some very small baby lights to blend in grey - if so what product to dye with?

I wouldn’t if I was you..... I’ve just tried similar and it didn’t end well Blush it’s very very patchy- baby lights/highlights are much harder and more complex then an all over colour!

I know it’s really hard to wait, but if the result turns out badly you’ll regret not waiting take it from me! HOWEVER I know how strong the urge is so if you do decide to give it a go my only advice is not to use a box dye- I ordered the wella blondor powder dye online with the 30 vol developer and mixed it up myself and the colour is great, it’s just quite patchy where the fresh dye ends and the old dye begins in some places

Bleach is not a thing to mess about with unfortunately OP.
Box dye is different, slap it on and not much goes wrong.

I'd try and hold off if you can. My roots have come through too but I can't bring myself to bleach my hair, I had such a disaster last time. A disaster that cost me nearly £400 and 7 months to fix Confused

If you can't wait, order proper bleach powder, developer and a toner from Amazon + a plastic bowl and application brush.
Mix up the bleach and apply carefully, cover in foil, keep a very close eye on it and apply the toner once you've washed it off to banish any orange/yellow tones.

Have you tried root touch up powder or blonde dry shampoo? I find these work pretty well (have highlights to hide grey temples).
