Ie that can be worn alone with shorts to workout but is very supportive for 32f
Anyone got any recommendations?

Try fabletics

Lululemon athletica bras. Not cheap, but there are usually some in the sale section. I am not sure how big the cup sizes go though. Mine is 32E.

Rollerbird · 24/04/2020 17:44

Is the lululemon supportive enough for running round and jumping?

It does look the sort of thing I would like.
(preferably much cheaper though...)

Freya Active Epic crop top sports bra is good. Or Panache Sport which is a bit more supportive but ever so slightly more bra-ish?

Bienentrinkwasser · 24/04/2020 17:51

I’m a 28FF/30F and have run in both with no bounce issues.

This one is so great I ordered it in several colours. Prefer it to my shock absorbers. www.amazon.co.uk/SYROKAN-Coverage-Lightly-Wireless-Magenta/dp/B078TCXP8X/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=sports+bra+32f&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&qid=1587756462&sr=8-15

I like the Lululemon under a vest, but I'm 64 and my knees and hips don't really cope well with impact anymore. It's nicely tight and supportive, without being constricting. For really strong cardio workouts, or a run, I'd retrieve a very old Natori sports bra that is the ugliest item I own, and which is no longer available to buy.

XingMing · 24/04/2020 20:49

@RollerBird, I think the Lululemon Athletica is good, but as I said earlier, I am too old for high impact exercise. It is a great fit, and looks good as a crop top but I use it for everyday low impact exercise for which it is my preference. I also have the Panache Shock Absorber (good but ugly IMO). The Lululemon is much prettier, if that matters to you.

Rollerbird · 24/04/2020 21:28

I've ordered the one @KatharinaRosalie linked
It looks most like a crop top whilst seemingly very supportive for bigger sizes
And not too dear. I love the lululemon but it's not justifiable cost wise.

My bra arrived
Really happy with it.
Great value
Looks like a crop top but fully supports my 32 f boobs and feels secure and comfortable.
I do have some lat cut in/back boob but extremely happy and would wear in public places (ie a gym) happily without a t shirt

How did you find the fit? Reviews are saying it comes up small. In a 32F also

Graffitiqueen · 30/04/2020 20:23

I also like Freya epic.

Rollerbird · 30/04/2020 22:02

It is a good fit. I have it in the middle of the 3 hooks
Maybe people who say it comes up small aren't used to the correct (tight) band size of a bra

I find it true to size

Banaltra · 30/04/2020 22:49

Syrokan all the way! 32ff and I don't budge when running. And looks good.

TwistinMyMelon · 04/05/2020 21:19

I bought a really good one from Lidl the other day. Lovely mint green and keeps every thing firmly in place. Size up though. I am a 34DD and had to buy size 16-18. Their sizes are very small. I'm usually a 12-14.
