Do you mean a Tudor?

Bluntness100 · 23/04/2020 10:52

If you mean Tudor I see his point,,

Smellbellina · 23/04/2020 10:53

What do tutors look like? Confused

Pipandmum · 23/04/2020 10:54

It has a certain Victorian school marmy look for sure.

DisgruntledGuineaPig · 23/04/2020 10:54

Oh I like that!

Redfox · 23/04/2020 11:00

That's definitely my style, I really like it.

Would work best with trousers or maybe a suede mini skirt?

Redfox · 23/04/2020 11:06

Sleeves are fairly voluminous and leg of mutton type. Looks pretty on the website and I thought I could carry it off ( deluded)

I'd edge it up with a leather or faux leather skirt or trousers (Matt). It's lovely if styled well.

ZaraW · 23/04/2020 12:55

I like it. I was expecting it to have a puritanical/Tudor collar.

MissBarbary · 23/04/2020 14:08

It's lovely but having been the owner of a beautiful blouse with mad sleeves you need to be aware you won't be able to wear it unless it's warm enough not to need a coat or jacket.

DaiJai1066 · 23/04/2020 14:09

Love this!

PerditaProvokesEnmity · 23/04/2020 14:12

Absolutely beautiful!

I had something similar which I love wearing - though the combination of huge puffy sleeves and my vast acreage of shoulder is less dainty than in my imagination. Grin

Theworldisfullofgs · 23/04/2020 14:13

I really like it.

CatBatCat · 23/04/2020 14:16

Looks like a doily

BusySittingDown · 23/04/2020 14:18

I like it - I've seen a YouTuber try it on in a haul. She looked really good in it!

VenusClapTrap · 23/04/2020 14:34

I like it. I can’t wear this style because they make me look massive, so I’m jealous.

Difficultcustomer · 23/04/2020 14:59

Really pretty, agree with your son about Tudor

BillHadersNewWife · 23/04/2020 15:03

I thought you meant tutor because my teen often says I look like a drama teacher 😂

Redfox · 23/04/2020 16:00

Oh I would be interested in seeing what the Youtuber looked like in the shirt and how it was styled. Have you a link/name @BusySittingDown? Thanks

I love it

MulberryPeony · 23/04/2020 17:35

I love it too. Always partial to voluminous sleeves.

LockdownLucy · 23/04/2020 17:37

That is so pretty but if I wore it I'd look like Henry VIII including the beard as I've not had my tache done since lockdown.

BusySittingDown · 23/04/2020 17:39

@Redfox it was Freddy My Love. I'll see if I can find the video. She's young -early 20s I think. It was a TopShop haul.

saffy1234 · 23/04/2020 17:39

I love it
But for another side I showed my son (15) he said alright Queen Elizabeth the first!
Kids these days!!!
