Help!! Shampoo for very thick hair?

My 3.5 year old daughter has the most beautiful hair - it's down to her bottom, very thick and wavy.

The problem is that despite me washing it every 2-3 days it never really smells clean - it always has a slightly sweaty smell to it (even though she isn't that sweaty).

I am using children's 2-in-1 shampoo, and have changed her pillow but I think I need a "stronger" shampoo. Any recommendations??

Tresemme, is a good nice smellung shampoo and it is very good for thick hair. I know it feels wrong to change over from baby shampoo to an adult one, but if you feel her hair doesn't smell clean then your daughters hair is telling you to change!! IFYNWIM

Try this stuff

Lojomojo - I don't mind using adult's shampoo, as her hair isn't like most children's hair anyway!

Caroline - really?? Is it good stuff? Have you used it on yourself?

Have I used it on myself? Nay.

I alternate with Tresemme and Alberto Balsam for my dd, but she is 12 and her hair (like her) is going through Puberty!
