Yoga: what style would you call 'yoga trousers'

italy93 · 14/04/2020 21:09

This may be more suited to the yoga section of the site...

I'm trying to buy some pairs of those 'yoga trousers'. Not leggings but those slightly baggy (not flared) trousers which could be worn in both and out the house! The type you can get it lots of patterns I hope this makes sense to someone!
Thanks

Thanks @doadeer the first pictures are probably a bit too baggy Grin but the fit of the second picture is the type of thing I meant!

@Gerbi1 are harem trousers short?

M&S have them as peg leg trousers. Jersey harem too

goose1964 · 14/04/2020 21:23

I have several pairs of Peacocks yoga pants. Great value for the price. Basically reverberating legged Jersey trousers.

doadeer · 14/04/2020 21:28

The second pic are just sweaty Betty if you filter by trousers

CurbsideProphet · 14/04/2020 23:16

The second photo posted by doadeer are exactly the trousers I'm looking for! Oh to ponder if I can justify Sweaty Betty prices....

bookish83 · 15/04/2020 01:14

M&s sell their version of yoga trousers and they fit well! Low wide waistband and tapered down as crops or full length

Search in sportswear on m&s site x

Try Gap too, I have a similar pair from there.

CurbsideProphet · 15/04/2020 11:22

@binkyboinky I've just had a look and couldn't find any, but the website is massive! Do you remember what they're called?

TheStarryNight · 15/04/2020 18:08

Fold over waist and loose legs, without cuffing.

Notdonna · 15/04/2020 18:28

I also want them exactly like the sweaty Betty ones! What does Sweaty Betty call these please? Any idea if somewhere cheaper stocks these and what they’re called? huge thanks!

Notdonna · 15/04/2020 18:35

Found them on Sweaty Betty @ £80... Sad

AnnaNimmity · 15/04/2020 18:36

I have some of the Sweaty Betty ones Garudasana (bought before lock down - although I am wearing them alot in lockdown)

There's usually a 20% off code for Sweaty Betty floating around

Some of the Gap joggers look ok too.

Puppylucky · 15/04/2020 18:37

Uniqlo also do them as full length cuffed and three quarter length under lounge wear

ComeTheFuck0nBridg3t · 15/04/2020 20:37

I got a pair of these a few years back after a recommendation on here (and a discount code!!) and swear by them!
They are so comfortable, lovely soft cotton.

@CurbsideProphet Sorry, didn't see your message yesterday. It's these ones, they're really soft and comfy:

www.gap.co.uk/gap/softspun-joggers/000499141.html?dwvar_000499141_color=000499141002&dwvar_000499141_fit=regular&cgid=women-featuredshop-getcomfyshop-2#parentCategory=60582&start=8

They look sold out though, unfortunately, sorry - but like you say there are loads of others on there.

fascinated · 16/04/2020 13:15

I had those but gave up because when you do anything upside down they fall back down around your knees, which I found annoying. Bought cuffed ones instead.

Paininmyface · 16/04/2020 13:34

Sweaty Betty had a yoga special of 20percent off. Definitely yesterday. Have a look on their Instagram. If I can find the code I'll supply it!

Paininmyface · 16/04/2020 13:56

Ah. It is applied at checkout!

italy93 · 16/04/2020 15:00

Thanks everyone, some great ideas!!

Also Sweaty Betty often reduce the price on those trousers - I got them for £48 the other week and have seen them at 40 since. So keep your eyes open! (They are very comfy and also great for me they do them in petite length...!)
