Any experience of Lotimena?

Ive lost a lot of weight since last summer and with the warmer weather Ive realised that none of my summer clothes fit. Totally realise that this isnt the biggest problem in the world right now but im about 2-3 dresses down on everything in my wardrobe and everything keeps falling down even with belts

FB keeps popping up the Lotimena site and its very much the style of stuff i would wear, but im struggling to find any reviews and Im always a bit suspicious about advertised sites on social media.

Anyone got any experience using them?

I posted a similar question the other day but about Vencano. Such a shame as these companies always seem to have exactly what I’m looking for

I must be lucky as i ordered lots from there and all arrived although took about 3 weeks but all came separately. Most ok quality. Out of all i ordered only 1 item was no good and I’m having trouble getting the info to return it

Is the floryday company legit then? Are they the origin of the lovely pics?

I have had similar poor experiences of other chinese sites.
I even went so far as to return the goods to China only to have them refused by company so I returned them again
and this time they came back wrong address the company didn't realsie I have kept the thread of emails from them and suddenly presented a new address.
I think anyone in receipt of these items should contact their local MP and ask them to deliver the offending items to the nearest Chinese consulate. and Facebook and all social media should stop advertising these companies or pay compensation to users who are scammed by them

Was just about to order but checked good old mumsnet first. Glad I did. Too good to be true.

It might be too late but do not use this company. I have been waiting two months and they were not forthcoming that they were a company operating from China. They will not give me a refund despite goods not received. Avoid them like the plague, or should I say COVID-19!!

berry look are the company I had so much trouble with don't use them complete scam.

I made the mistake of purchasing from this site. Don't do it. 2 monthsto arrive. Cheap nasty clothes nothing like the picture. Site states they do returns. Well they don't answer emails and if you do return you pay postage to China. Wish I'd checked out reviews first. You live and learn!

Lotima - Do NOT buy from them. I've just received only 7 of the 12 items I have been charged for
They are really badly made
They have no shape

They are avoiding/ ignoring all my emails and sending standard hopeless replies. I've been offered 25 % of my money back in the latest and suggested I try and sell on elsewhere (any body fancy a sack?!!) It seems I have to pay to ship goods back to HK or China but still no address.

Appalling quality clothes, ridiculous sizing nowhere near what it should be.
Terrible customer service. If you apply for a refund they offer 15% if you keep the goods! They will then offer 25% then they’ll offer 40%. They will mess you about like this and eventually give you a China return address to send the items, at your own cost. Once they have the items they’ll tell you that you’re too late to claim a refund!!! All because they’ve strung the whole process out just to con you out of your money!!

I have found a return address in the UK on my packaging so think I'll return to there with signed for by recipient. Address is:- W8, Westpoint, Middlemore Lane, West Walsall WS0 8BG
I think they are also selling under another name "BlueBerry" or something as another popped up with the exactly the same clothes and model BEWARE!!
I never got all the items they charged for either and still no refund,
Try your bank to recover the money - I'm in that process now

Don't buy from Lotimena. I've learnt the hard way! Clothes look great in the pictures but the quality is awful and they don't look the same either. You can return, wait for it ... to China!! Then they conveniently said after 2 months that they never received my package!!! £45 thrown away plus £12 p&p. Please don't waste your money x

This company goes under various names, buyers beware, what you see, is not what you get, just a load of cheap rubbish, l was one of the idiots, that was sucked in and they make it hard to return the goods, as the postage is dearer than the items

Just got delivery, over one month later, cardigans were not same colour and not same quality as advertised in photo. Green cardigan was a much darker, bottle green and fuchsia cardigan was chewing gum pink and machine knitted. Will not order again from Lotimena, cheap and awful.

I have found the same clothing on Floryday, Emilyeva and other cheap clothing sites. Are they all the same store? Same dresses, shoes, and jumpers. I ordered from one site and the clothing was poor quality. No return address. Can anyone tell me if they all come out of the same stable?

From past experience, I wouldn't touch any of these sites again. I've literally thrown a couple of items away - after a good laugh - as they were too bad even for charity. My son ordered from one that popped up on his 'phone once - he ordered a lovely blazer that was obviously far too cheap to be genuine. It turned out to be tiny, nylon and with printed-on buttons and pockets - hilarious! Some of the pictures they use look like they've superimposed clothing on bodies. You may be lucky once in a blue moon, but it's more likely that you'll make an expensive mistake. If it's too good to be true, etc..

Bumping this to add my review of Lotimena.

I made the mistake of buying from a company I'd never heard of, which popped up in an advert. They make no mention that the products are sent from China. I went to PayPal Resolution a couple of days ago when my items didn't arrive and then I got around to reading the terrible reviews on TrustPilot.

The items appeared today. This company uses other companies' photos and make really cheap and nasty copies. Luckily I only ordered a couple of tops so didn't lose much money. One photo was of a Mexican style embroidered top. The one I received had the flowers cheaply printed on, not embroidered. The other one looked like a thin cotton top, but the one that came was a cheap t-shirt material with a nasty version of the design in the photo. I ordered a Medium as I'm a size 10-12 and it was massive.

These people make really bad copies of other people's clothes and don't tell you that they're based in China. I put both tops in the charity bag. Avoid.

Urgh! I wish I'd seen this before I ordered. Ironically, I was sucked in by the endless adds for them appearing in my Mumsnet sidebar.

I've requested a refund as I've only just ordered and it says that you can apparently cancel within 24 hours, but I'm not holding my breath. They've not send me an order confirmation by email but the amount is showing as pending in my bank account.

I've already kind of mentally written off the money, but if I don't get the cancellation and nothing shows up within the next couple of weeks I'll try a chargeback.

Update: to be fair to them, the did process a refund and the money's now back in my bank account (they tried offering me a discount first, but there was no quibble when I said I just wanted to cancel).

I don't know whether it would have been different if more time had elapsed between me placing the order and requesting the refund, but they seem to abide by their t's & c's.

I'm AWASH with adverts now though, everywhere I go on the internet and now that my eyes are opened I'm thinking how could I have been so blind - it's really obvious that all those lovely prints and details are just photoshopped on to generic photos so who knows what you'd actually get!

Thanks for reviews on here. Like others I was attracted to the photos of stylish clothes but prices a bit too good to be true so I decided to google check first. Will stay away now.

Hi I have been reading some of the comments regarding the company advertising on facebook called Lotimena my advise is do not order anything from them Unfortunately I did I ordered a dress but it was too small so asked for a returns request was told it would be sent in 48 hours Im still waiting except that this morning I received an email to say my return request had timed out sadly for me I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear but even worse in good faith I ordered another dress in a bigger size which still hasn't arrived I believe this company operates out of China and in past experiences it is impossible to return items or get refunds so check where things are coming from before you buy but don't buy from them and I cant believe what I'm seeing the very company is advertising on this page

My advice would be to stay well away.
Unless you like waiting 3 months for your delivery to find all the sizes are way out.
They were dreadful to deal with
