Thank god. I do like my skinnies but in fat moments my thighs do give me away and I look like I am wearing jodphurs.

I wear my knee high boots over my skinny jeans. I probably look like I'm going for a nice canter on my horse but I'm not too bothered about that

I was looking at them today - think they're very nice.had a similar pair years ago when my legs were still socially acceptable- used to wear them with black opaques and a short skirt suit.unfortunately don't think i could carry that look off now but maybe you could wear them with a longer,layered look www.balu.co.za/ladies_winter_2007.pdf

I thought the OP's shoes could be a good alternative to jeans in boots.
