Hi guys..I have piled on a stone in the last few months, and it's only getting worse at the moment.

I NEED some comfy lounge pants..as soft and lovely as possible, I can hardly get into most of my clothes at the moment Sad..I am working on getting back into running and losing some of the lard, but in the meantime need comfort-clothes.

Anyone got any recommends??

Uniqlo have got a great selection. Although the stores are closed, you can buy online.

Regular yoga pants always work for me

DarlingCoffee · 04/04/2020 06:34

Hush joggers - they’re not cheap but oh so soft and comfy.

Alsohuman · 04/04/2020 09:58

Hush harem pants or Amie joggers. Sooooo comfortable.

Annebronte · 04/04/2020 14:44

Me and Em palazzos or Sweaty Betty yoga pants.

HermioneWeasley · 04/04/2020 16:05

Morrisons/nutmeg harems

Sweaty Betty www.sweatybetty.com/shop/bottoms/trousers/garudasana-yoga-pants-SB4620C_OliveMarl.html the best. Register for emails and wait for a discount, they seem to be doing them regularly at the moment

I bought these the other day and they are amazing. So soft and stretchy. I think I’m just going to live in them from now on.

I’ve got 3 pairs of those sainsbo ones. They’re fab.

I’ve also got a few hush harems and amie joggers and they quickly looked faded and shit and all the pullers fell off the zips. I wouldn’t recommend them

Buggedandconfused · 04/04/2020 16:20

@RUOKHon do they keep their shape well? I’m 5’8 do you think they’d be long enough?

RUOKHon · 04/04/2020 17:16

Today is the first day I’ve worn them all day and so far so good re: shape. But I haven’t washed them yet.

They are really high waisted. I’m long waisted anyway, and 5’6”. So I’ve got them hoiked all the way up round my middle like Simon Cowell - so that the waistband clears the period and chocolate bloat - and the cuffs are on my ankles. But if you needed a bit more length then you could wear them a bit lower on your waist (which would probably look better tbh!) and they’d be a bit harem-y and still look fine I reckon.

RUOKHon · 04/04/2020 17:17

Handsnotwands great aren’t they?! I’ve got the grey and I’m going to get the black too.

AsCoolAsLangCleg · 04/04/2020 19:16

The Sweaty Betty one's are great - I've barely taken them off since the lockdown started even though I'm too lazy to do any yoga

Buggedandconfused · 04/04/2020 19:17

@RUOKHon thank you!

RobertSmithdoesmyhair · 04/04/2020 20:54

Picked up 2 pairs in Morrisons yesterday. £10 each and perfect for the slob that I have become! 😂
