Has anyone bought and returned from Coast online?
I ordered 5 items and returned 4 (all in one package). I've had an email from them saying my return has been received and I'll be refunded £70 - but that's only the value of one thing. I need £275 back!!
I have tried emailing 3 times on their only contact email and I get a mail failure notice every time.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? Any suggestions for what to do next? The website only gives this one email address - there is no telephone number.
