What shade of blonde for pale ish, neutral/cool skin?

With a propensity for redness?

My hair is naturally lightish brown (was dark blonde when I was younger, I’m 19 now). Sometimes almost reddish. I also have dark blue eyes and very dark brows/lashes.

I’m also doing it at home myself, so fairly limited and it will all have to be one shade.

No, no, no. Wait until you can get to a hairdresser. I'm a similar skin colouring to you but with hazel eyes and I wouldn't dare! Embrace your lovely light brown hair for now.
