Teen bra in 30AA either black or with clear straps?

Any idea where I might be able to get one for DD1's ballet show (black leotard, UV lights so her usual white straps will glow ). And although she's a size AA, she does need to wear something. I have until the end of the month, so online/mail order is OK, otherwise I can get to most shops (am near Bluewater).

here Little Women are good, as they do all sizes.

thanks, I'll get DD1 to have a look and see if she likes any of them.

My daughter does dance shows and competition shows regulary (around 6+ times a year) and although she is 30 AA bra, just like DD1, she doesn't feel comfortable without one. So I am looking for a nude/white coloured bra with see through straps, or straps that can be changed so you take off the original bra straps then replace with the clear/see through ones, then can easily change back. I have looked on Little Women, but as this thread is five years old, it does not include any clear strap bras online. Any where else would be helpful!

Padded or not? Matalan do some that you can take the straps off and also sell the clear straps separately.

Primark have lots of small sizes in the adult and children sections.

Do try the bra intervention thread first though - if she's big enough to need to wear a bra then 30AA is unlikely to be her true size. M&S fitting by any chance?

She feels as if she needs a bra and personally I think she does need a bra. She is 26 inch under the bust and 30 inch over the bust and because dance costumes are sometimes see through, she wouldn't feel comfortable dancing around knowing that she bust is on show. Why would 30AA not be her true size?

SorrelForbes · 07/06/2013 18:52

Because, her measurements (26/30) indicates that she needs a 26D. However, 26" bands are not available on the high street (although you can get them custom made by companies like Ewa Michalak). I would suggest she try a 28C.

An AA means that there is absolutely no difference, inch wise, between her below and across measurements.
