I must be an odd shape or something!

Why is it that whenever i buy a pair of jeans (usually from Next as they do extra long length)that after having initially fitted me after i have worn them for any length of time they magically become massive?
I thought maybe if i tried the next size down that i could squeeze in them but then i end up with camel toe and being too tight round my thighs.

I have a wardrobe full of clothes that dont fit properly.

i find next and m&s do this, [ahem] generous cut and has a lot of lycra. i got a pair of gap jeans recently and they are very much more solid fabric. they are a bit errm firm.

superalienstitch · 10/09/2007 22:16

stick them in the tumble dryer on high

that will sort out the massiveness problem

Beauregard · 10/09/2007 22:18

I do tumble dry them but within no time they are huge again

i've tried loads of jeans, all makes (though not gap). they're always too big on the waist, or can't do them up.

I have yet to find a pair of jeans that stay fitted.I am a size 15 I think.

Best ones yet have been from peacocks of all places.

Try Topshop Tall range, I have had loads of jeans from here and they all keep their shape.

hoxtonchick · 10/09/2007 22:24

too much lycra makes them go baggy
