dh bought me a Mulberry bag from Bicester last year. I do love it and it is better quality than my R&B leather bag - the colour rubbed off the handles where I hung it on the pram.

got sent it as account card holder. It wasn't a sharing one I'm afraid. You had to have the card and voucher in your sweaty mitts. It's worth the account card to get the offers - I took one out because they sell Startrite and we collected loads of points on school shoes.

Try TKMaxx - they've got loads of patent ones in in my local one.

For a high fashion item, it's not always worth spending loads as you might not want to use it next year.

Different if someone buys it for you of course

and, I did spend £85 on my FCUK patent shoes (which are, btw, utterly gorgeous), but, gift you see, so ok...

not really, although he did profess to like it before seeing the price tag..then i took dd3 for lunch and he said he 'had stuff to do'..then it was nicely wrapped and presented to me yesterday..
