Pencil/crayon eyeliner that won't run please....

on behalf of my mum (have told her to get on here herself) I am looking for a pencil or crayon eyeliner that won't give her panda eyes by the end of the day.

Its def not the mascara (she actually went a whole day without eyeliner as an experiment , my mum never goes without her eye makeup)

Any recommendations, or tips would be greatly appreciated

I use liquid eye liner (ala Amy Wine house) and that doesnt smudge,

may not be what your mum wants tho, lol.

I use liguid eye liner too but not like Amy Winehouse. Just a thin line on the edge of the inside of my eye... if that makes sense.
It doesn't smudge and it says on all day.
How does your mum wear her eyeliner? Above or beneath her eyes?

Ok then tell her to try liquid liner, either just below her lashes or on the inside but on the very edge..thats how I wear mine. Gotta be careful though..it takes a bit of getting used to.
