I am sorely in need

Am very open to suggestions

jacket could be denim, leather, cord etc, nothing too smart and NOT yummymummyish

Cardi, I'm allergic to wool so v annoying. My fave one is tshirty sort of cotton and very thin but is getting old. Nothing to fussy pls, black would be good

thanks Gurus!

oh size 14 btw

I tried on a lovely suede purple longish jacket in John Lewis recently. There own label, surprisingly reasonable. nice cut.

Cod - tried on that M&S covered button cardi today but it was too short for me which was a shame...didn't think much of the colours either

v nice cardi/jumper options in M&S

my fave cardi atm is very thin cotton and lycra, like tshirt material. It has long arms and does up with one hook thing at the norks. It has sort of chiffon bits wrapped around to look like little roses (sort of) all around the neck and cuffs and down teh front. Is just below waist. It looks great with jeans and trews and skirts and is nice and thin

nailpolish · 06/09/2007 11:17

isnt there a lot of leather around
not sure of it myself

CountessDracula · 06/09/2007 17:09

No none of these sorry

Right I went out at lunctime and saw a really nice cotton jersey ribbed one in the window of East and bought it. (I know is granny shop but this v plain and nice with crimply sort of bottom and cuffs!)

And speaking of granny shops, saw this in window of Laura Ashley, looked v nice on but thought maybe a bit long, they all seem very short these things this season...

It is lovely soft cord though and v nicely cut
shoudl I get ti?
