She looks great but different... she is 56 but looks 10 years younger. Guessing she has had some work done but would love to know what?? I have never wanted any work done because it always looks false but I would have what she’s had! She just looks like her but better and fresher .. whereas I just look like me but old and tired 🥴
Any ideas what she might have had done?

I've just watched her on Lorraine. I like her very much, but she doesn't look like herself any more. She has that plumped up look that lots of fillers gives. She looks good, but not like a woman in her mid 50s. I prefer a more natural look, but she seems very happy in her skin and that's always a positive and shows in the face. Her skin is lovely.

Yes she says she sleeps 16 hours most nights because she loves sleeping so much! I think I get about 16 hours a week with 3 kids 😂

Amazing exactly true. I look so haggard due to lack of sleep.

So 7pm til 11am?! How does she get tired out enough to sleep that long regularly, not just once in a while?

People with children don't have the monopoly on stress. There's a million other reasons someone would look older or tired etc.

She looks good because she's put effort and money into it because she wants to. Feck all to do with not having kids.

Enid of course those without children can be stressed and I know she has had mental health issues. Yes she looked great which is likely good genes plus looking after herself well.
But for me personally in my life I have been hugely sleep deprived through having children for years now. When I’m tired I make poor food choices. I gave no time to exercise. All other things being equal in my case I know I’d look younger without children. But yes there could have been another issues that popped up .

Yes reading it too. I've read every single book she has written, don't see a need to stop.
