I'm trying to get loose scruffy waves - not curls - like the attached Olsen twin photo.

Has anyone used one of these?

I have one. Makes my hair look a bit like I've had it in plaits overnight. Nothing like the picture you posted.

I wouldn't personally describe her hair as wavy. Just looks like it's not been overly styled and left to go how it does naturally.
