If you are interested in drinking collagen for your skin and hair make sure it's a marine collagen, and not bovine. A lot of collagen products on the market are cheap bovine and usually a waste of time.
Also you need to consume 1 x day for up to 6 months to see if it's showing any benefits for you.

Better to just make bone broth often I think.
Haven’t tried the drinks... tried some sort of jelly things but the bone broth is really effective (jellies not so)

I take the absolute collagen. I’m not sure if it does that much, I started retin A at the same time so although skin looks better it could be from that! Hair is in better condition. ..

Bone broth is effective but I just didn’t have time to make or buy and drink is also expensive/ time consuming. Absolute Collagen also expensive but easier to consume!

I never understand the science behind collagen supplements because collagen is just a reconfiguration of protein you’ve ingested & absorbed.

Once you’ve eaten something the body will use it as it needs, if it needs to patch a bit of ligament up in your knee it will. It won’t know this particular amino acid came from a collagen supplement & must only be used on skin.

Wouldn’t an extra egg a day be better for you?.
