I go to a small independent hairdressers in a smallish town. Very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately like an idiot I forgot my appointment today. Rang to find out the appointment time for tomorrow and it was today. I feel really bad. The guy who owns it rents out his other chairs and then only does his own customers. I apologised profusely on the phone to the receptionist when I realised. But what do I do now? Hive him some money for missing my appointment or not ? I'm not sure what the done thing is.
