Argh my boots are on their way out - suggestions for new ones needed

I'm really fussy about my shoes. I have had these over 10 years now and they are finally giving out, but I can't immediately find a replacement. These are Clarks, but I'm not fussed on brand as long as they fit.
Wide fit foot, well wide and high toe box anyway, my feet are triangular!
Black, nubuck leather
Mid (wide) calf length
Low heel (2cm?)
