I need a cool dog walking coat

If such a thing exists?? My partner reckons all dog walking coats (for which read, waterproof, warm, longish) are by nature a bit... unattractive. I would like to prove him wrong. I've seen the attached from h&m and I really like the shape but it's not waterproof. Does anyone have any good ideas?

I have a FCUK one - covers bum, has a shorter inside coat with zip and a longer outside thick warm layer too. Dark green with a hood, loads of pockets. LOVE IT!

Thanks for all the suggestions - I would adore an Ilse Jacobsen one and I also really like the look of the Barbour but sadly I am broke post-Christmas and can't justify the expense.
