We're off on a special holiday in just under 2 months, a combination city (Hot) and beach holiday. I've looked at some recent photos and know I can look and feel better so I'm just pondering a plan and am interested in tips and ideas and generally use what you would do?
I need to:
Exercise
Drop half a stone to stone (but toning up would improve how I look a lot)
Reduce my wine intake, for weight and my MH, always feel anxious and low after drinking.
Maybe look at some face care, I don't do anything at the moment but have noticed drier skin and I have crinkly eyes when I smile (quite like those tbh, so sexy on a man! hopefully women too)
Clothes I am happy with, and hair won't be changing but I could maybe add teeth whitening (are there any ways that don't feel like you've sandpapered them down to the nerves) and stop biting my nails.
What would your plan be with 2 month countdown?
