What do larger ladies wear for the gym? I have no idea and would love your suggestions please!

Also wondering this! Someone has mentioned Lucy Locket Loves for leggings, which I'm just looking at, but they are fairly pricey.

I am much larger than you an bought my leggings from Rainbeau Curves online - pricy but worth it as they are really hold things in place & limit thigh wobble. Plus you get pairs with a pocket for your phone which is handy.

No brand recommendations, but personally, I wear:

High waisted 3/4 leggings - more flattering that full length IMO and keeps any muffin top or bum crack covered
Fitted vest top - keep it snug to cover belly when bending over or on hands and knees/planking
Looser vest top over the top to skim over any bumps
Good quality impact-reducing bra

Totally agree with @HeyMicky and I wear Nike as they're nice and sturdy and feel like they hold all jiggly bits in!

We like Lapasa leggings and Sainsbury's Tu also sometimes have some nice fitness things. It's just to sweat in so nothing special needed.

I wear leggings (any brand, but when trying on I do the squat check - bend over and check in the mirror to make sure they don't go sheer) and I wear with an oversized baggy t shirt, the very bottom of the hem tucked into my waistband so it's not obvious that it's tucked in but it won't disappear over my head if I bend over!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I find running leggings thicker than exercise leggings so I prefer them in colder months. I wear with a loose t shirt.

Are you a size 16 everywhere? If so Adidas, USA Pro and Nike.
