TheVanguardsix** can I ask what you use la roche posay cicaplast for?

kmini · 28/12/2019 14:50

Second cicaplast. I bought it to help a scar heal on DS after chicken pox. Found amongst his other baby creams and rubbed it onto my very neglected hands. It was like a facelift for my hands! Wondering if I could use on lips

@kmini - absolutely use cicaplast on lips. (Blot prior to lipstick, of course.) Tastes bleh, but have been using it for years as a lip treatment. (Prefer Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, if I’m honest. The grapefruit one has the best scent and texture. If you do get it, less is more, and patted on, not smeared all over.)

justilou1 · 29/12/2019 02:40

*Forgot that I should have added the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in Grapefruit as well. I always have one beside my bed and one in my car. (And one in my handbag.) I use it on my cuticles at night time as well. Fabulous stuff. I buy from Amazon.

Only have a few holy grail products:

Cleanser: Lancôme Miel en Mousse, lovely smell and texture, use a.m and as second cleanse in evening.
To take makeup off: love Superfacialist vitC cleansing oil but also love a balm cleanser eg No7 radiant results balm.

Serum: really like Indeed Labs Retinol Reface, have repurchased several times though I think in 2020 I will experiment with a higher retinol dosage - but won't be surprised if I go back to Indeed.

Moisturiser: No 7 Protect and Perfect, love this so much for day.

Foundation: No 7 Hydraluminous is current favourite

Shampoo: Bumble & Bumble Sunday shampoo, as our water is so hard I need a deep cleansing shampoo.

Night serum/ treatment: Alpha H liquid gold. And REN Wake Wonderful.
