These type of scarves keep popping up on my Facebook feed. I really like them but they're all coming from the US. Does anyone know any UK sellers?

I haven't. I have to agree it looks like someone resewed a cheap printed Argos Duvet though. If it's the shape you like you could just purchase any scarf in an appropriate fabric and use pinterest/google etc to learn the knack of tying it as such?
