Jumper bobbles why are they worse than they used to be?

Is it washing powder? The fibers used in the jumpers?

Every jumper I bought this year has bobbled really badly. From m and s, next, h and m, joules. Any recommendations of jumpers that don't bobble?

I bought lint razors - electric and manual - but they take ages and the jumpers are still bobbled.

Persil now have anti bobble stuff in - maybe it's a conspiracy to make people buy more detergent.......

No idea but it does my head in.

I’m currently wearing a lovely jumper from seasalt so not cheap and it’s bobbly as hell Angry

The fibre used and hence the knitted fabric is thinner and wears poorly.
