Can you find me a top to wear out with either short or long sleeves?

I love wearing my dark blue skinny jeans with boots on a pub night out and need a top to go out in for a pub Christmas do. Any ideas? I tend to be a bit boring I suppose and look on John Lewis, tend to like mint velvet, Reiss, warehouse in neutral colours, wouldn’t really wear red, teal, bright colours although do like orange!! Has anyone bought a top they’re really happy with recently?
I’m small ish, 5 ft 3, size 10, don’t really like the top of my arms so tend to want them covered.
Any ideas please?

Thank you both. I think the silk Fred top is lovely but it does slightly remind me of nag pregnant and hiding the bump for some reason?! Although I do love a grey top so I’m tempted!!
Socks up, again I do like that but I don’t think I suit sparkly as it tends to make me look like I’m trying to be young! Of course I want to be young but I think it doesn’t do me favours!
