Help! My eyebrows are disappearing!

Well getting older is a complete joy isn't it? Whilst my chin is quite happy to sprout hair and my pubes march down my legs my eyebrows are becoming non existent. I've looked at brow products but quite frankly they confuse me. Semi permanent makeup scares me. What are my options here? Help!

Microblading for me has been a game changer and has given me back some of my the confidence I lost.

Personally I don't like the look of microblading.

Do you have either high or really low blood pressure? Mum has the latter and started losing her eyebrows until she got treatment. Aunt has the former and lost a lot of eyebrow growth before he stroke (it’s a really rare side effect). Then of course there’s the thyroid problem pp have mentioned - in my case the loss was in the middle of the brow (not the edges). Would get a full health mot if you can before you rule anything out.
