Christmas party dress to hide big belly?

Can anyone advise of a flattering style for a dress to wear to my Christmas party this year? It’s a quite formal affair, but I don’t want to spend loads on an outfit, maybe £50, £60 at a push.
I usually wear wrap dresses and stuff day to day, but obviously this is a more formal event, but I still want it to be quite fashionable and not so stuffy. Can anyone recommend any styles? I’m just feeling like such a frump atm, and very self conscious since someone asked me when I was due (not pregnant) 😫

I have a tummy and look slightly like I could be pregnant but this Ted Baker dress hangs really nicely on me. And it’s gorgeous.

Oh and watch the video - as she has the sleeves pulled up a little (I am wearing mine on the shoulder tips) not pushed down on the upper arms like the still shots. Looks better like that. It is very thick and stretchy too. It comes in black (and burgundy and red I think - though you have to look for that in the site). Good luck !

Hi Howabout I actually got a red satin dress from the Michelle Keegan line. I did try and have a look online but can’t see it there, as I got it off the market!
It’s not a wrap dress, but it’s got that kind of shape to it, and the sort of collar that’s like a suit jacket?

And it was only £25! Bargain!
