Girls night out but I refuse to wear heels, what would you wear instead?

I've got a girls night out at the end of the month and having not been out for AGES I'm very excited about it. I'm in my mid twenties and haven't worn heels for about two years, mostly because I hate how they make my feet hurt and I just don't think they're worth it. I'm usually a bit of an alternative dresser and usually wear peg trousers with DMs or similar with an oversized blazer. For this night out though I'd like to wear some tailored shorts or a short flirty dress (skater style probably) with a similar blazer and was curious what sort of shoes you think I should wear? I was thinking creepers but I'm keen to hear other opinions too! 😊

White trainers. That is what all the young women in London wear with dresses. Or some boots as it is wet and cold.

Agree white trainers are fairly ubiquitous.

I personally favour Mary Jane's but they may not be chunky enough for you. ASOS have about a bajillion chunky flats, creepers, loafers, monk shoes etc.

And Doc Martens have some nice leopard skin on top ones. And they have a Lazy Oaf collaberation you may like.

Biker boots or DMs

White trainers or black Vans.

Just bought black suede over the knee boots from Zara. They look fab with almost everything imo

Good suggestions above

Alternative would be a nice pair of brogues
