How to get rid of wrinkles on my neck??

Hi All. I have recently lost nearly 3 stone on Michael Mosley’s Fast 800 diet (the best diet I have ever been on!)

I am delighted with my weight loss but my neck has gone all wrinkly (I am in my mid-40s) Can anyone recommend a miracle working neck cream??
