Recommendation for an anti-ageing lip treatment (not fillers)

Can anyone recommend a lip treatment to help lips look younger/smoother other than fillers?

I'm looking for either a salon treatment or a product I can buy that really works.

I’m not sure what non-fillers can do. Basically, lips lose fullness as people age so you’d need to fill them without a filler.
