Skin hair and nails supplement

Please could I get some recommendations for a good all in one skin hair and nails supplement. I have combination hormonal skin, genetically fine hair and nails that grow very slowly! Looking for a boost!

Watching as I’m in the same position. I also have PCOS and underactive thyroid which I think is the root cause of these symptoms so am looking at supplements for that too.

I’d rather avoid Perfectil simply as I can see how much they spend on advertising!

If you are in the UK, Wilko’s skin,hair and nails is reasonably priced, approx £2 for 30. Have noticed a real difference in my nail growth and skin but little difference in hair growth/health. I only take one every other day as turns my pee luminous yellow (sorry tmi )
