Going out for dinner with friends in half an hour. What do I wear?

My jeans are still bust and have not found replacement. What the ruddy hell do you wear to go out to dinner with friends if it is not a birthday or something and you have got no jeans?

right I had to ask a FOUR YEAR OLD what to wear

(fat lot of use you lot and dp are)

he said "the dress with the flowers mummy", so the b / w thing it is

bet I am overdressed as usual

my 4 year old has impeccable taste

it was fine and I think I was a weeny weeny bit overdressed but I like the chance to dress up. We had a good evening anyway

Cod yes, I am v funny shape as may have been mentioned and find it a trial to get jeans to fit. Also they are so dull and everyone wears them and there are just too many nice skirts in the world to wear jeans all day.

I wore a b / w A-line sundress with some trousers underneath and a little cropped cardi thing
