I need a warm coat but don't want to be the Michelin man!

I really need a warm, waterproof coat. I've put on over 3 stone in the last 3 years since an accident has left me with a permanent disability putting paid to my running and pretty much any exercise.

I'm 5ft 6 with big boob (34f) and a very sticky out bum.

When I try on coats if they don't make my bum and boobs looked squashed in they are huge on the shoulders and really unflattering. Ideally I'd like something in at the waist to stop me looking so square.
I'd like to to cover my bum so I don't freeze when watching the kids play their many sport.
Budget up to £100.

It's padded but not bulky but warm (I REALLY feel the cold).

I bought it last year. It's non-bulky enough to wear in the car.

jacksback how do you find joules sizing? I see they have £30% off but I'd need to buy online.

I buy 18 for boobs to from most places , 16 bottoms
I bought the coat in 18 , it’s a nice fit
So pretty true to size I think
If you are looking at the one I mentioned it is very lightweight , so you don’t feel stuffed in like you can do with some puffed coats ,
I don’t wear chunky jumpers tho so if u do then maybe size up
Although I don’t think you need a chunky jumper as it’s very warm

It’s not totally waterproof for a downpour
Ok in most wet weather tho
