I have psoriasis on my scalp, in my eyebrows, and on some parts of my body. Not as severe as my sister but noticeable nonetheless. Over the years I've spent a fortune on various products in the hope of finding something that would stop the dryness/flaking/itching, including creams and emollients recommended and prescribed by GP. Nothing has worked really, until I bought Childs Farm moisturiser from Asda - there's an unfragranced version and a grapefruit & organic tea tree oil one, and I bought the latter. I have to say it has been brilliant. There was a weird little area on the side of my nose that repeatedly just formed a psoriasis 'skin' and then loosened and fell off but it left the skin beneath it sore and itchy and 'weeping' a clear discharge. Sorry if that's TMI, I'm being honest because since using this fab moisturiser, that area on my nose has completely cleared up! Because the moisturiser has worked so well, I bought the shampoo and conditioner last weekend, hoping it would help my scalp. And it has! No more itching. Such a relief. Another bonus is that as a T2 diabetic, I have to be careful what lotions/creams if any I use between my toes. This is safe to use there and has also helped the condition of my feet.
Just wanted to share in case anyone else suffers or has been suffering same or similar and looking for something to help.
The product isn't expensive and at the moment they have a 3-for-2 offer on. Form an orderly queue!
