Lovely dinner dress wanted please!

Going to France with dh and some friends for his 50th birthday v soon and will have a celebratory dinner one evening. I used to have a lovely Jigsaw black chiffon dress with a wrap over top, deep v neck and swirly skirt for all such events, but somehow have lost it (how is that possible?) and need an urgent replacement. Any ideas? 44, 5'8", 12-14, quite in an out sort of shape, olive skin.
Also accessories?? I am frightened of accessories. I have some lovely red sandals and some pretty gold ones with a high heel.
I look terrible in everything from Phase 8.

I have a gorgeous emerald green dress from coast and, luckily, bright 'primary' (not strictly I know) colours are 'in' so hopefully I can get a chance to wear it again. May wear it with the FCUK shoes I am deffo getting!!

My proper name - you should be able to find. It's a head and shoulder photo, have a bob at the time (hair long now) and have necklace on and can see top of green dress (strapless).
