Sad looking lady garden

REALLY not sure about posting this (hence the name change!)...but I have googled how to address this and...oh god the replies 😂

Basically I have always had a fairly healthy, full bush, and since I hit my late thirties/early forties, it’s become somewhat depleted and sad looking. Like a very chilly old man who could do with a hat.

Short of a combover or merkin 😂 is there anything I can to to restore it to its former glory? I’ve never waxed/shaved/tinkered with it in any way but I’m not sure what I can do about it. Weirdly and yet also typically, this is not a problem in any other area of my body, I have very dark hair and most of the winter I look like a bear.

Sorry if this is totally the wrong place but it seems the rest of the internet thinks having pubic hair is very wrong and so why you’d want more seems baffling.

Help!

I’m in my 40s and been “all off” for many years. It feels so much better. I’m sure there would be many grey stragglers there if given a chance, but not on this woman!

As a nurse, I can confirm that as women age there is considerable thinning. Many older (70s 80s) women have mere whisps.

What do you wish you could tell your younger self? You'll miss that luxuriant bush when it's gone!!

@WitsEnding - l wish mine had gone from my teens. It has always been unwanted. A nuisance not a luxury!
