What to wear with this dress.

I got this dress for a wedding and would like ideas on what to wear with it. I have silver strappy sandles but would like a wrap or something for over my arms. The one I have is more of a teal colour as well.

it's quite eveningy - do you want something to make it look more daywear-y or is it an black tie/evening do?

It's for my BIL's wedding. It's a during the day thing. I liked the colour and although the dress doean't look up to much, it looks really nice on. I don't like my arms and the wedding's in an old abbey so it might be a bit chilly.

What about one of those fluffy cape things?
You could get in silver or white/cream.

I actually had this dress too and it is a gorgeous colour, and nice comfy to wear fabric. I wore it with silver accessories, too.

Oh that's great, at least I know it'll look okay.

It's at Aberdour castle. I'll only be going to the ceremony as I'm between nightshifts. It'll be a struggle to stay awake. God bless the quickie civil ceremony.
