TKMax delivery with Hermes - what's your experience?

I ordered some clothes with TKMax. They sent an email saying they were on their way a week ago. The Hermes tracker just said there is a problem with my parcel and it will be back on track within 24 hours. That was two days ago. It's still not with the courier.

Does anyone have any experience of this? The clothes were expensive and I wonder if they have gone awol. What are TKMaxx/Hermes usually like on deliveries? Should I cancel the order?

I've bought lots of clothes over the years from Tk Maxx and never had an issue. Now though, I do tend to order to in-store because it's cheaper and easier to return . You need to check whether it's a Hermes problem or a Tk Maxx issue. So check your orders on the tk website first and then phone them up.
Our local Hermes guy is brilliant and ultra reliable. But the holiday covers for him are dreadful and we've had parcels that are several days late. With absolutely no communication as to where they are.

I’ve ordered a few things from TKMaxx. Not had any issues. The delivery driver knows to leave my stuff in the boot box at the front of my house.
Call TKMaxx if they’re not with the courier and you’re worried.

You can’t cancel the order if it’s been despatched.

Just wait for a few more days. If it’s still AWOL then you’ll need to take it up with TK Maxx.

I've had issues recently with Hermes ( not tk maxx but other major retailer). The tracking thing kept showing it coming out to me and being returned. Hermes delivery here all the time! So after 10 days I called retailer and they replaced parcel and got on to Hermes. I would call TK maxx customer services

And my Hermes delivery lady who come all the time says she's never had it
