Blimey - I just ordered the kids new Jim jams, dressing gowns, slippers etc - no 20% discount on my sparks .. are you saying I should contact customer services? Or just reorder as I assume in in the second wave?

The second wave starts on 17th Oct. I didn't get vouchers in this first wave but I was told I could get the 20% off already ordered items after they checked I had qualified - i.e. I was going to get vouchers in the 2nd wave. I spoke to someone on the Live Chat.

I bought something at the weekend and I intend to either contact Chat again, or go in store and request they apply the discount retrospectively when my vouchers arrive. If this means they have to refund and re buy, then so be it, but I have no intention of physicially handing over the stuff I have, they can do it from the receipt.
