High waisted jeans with stretch but not skin tight

Just that. Does anyone have or know any jeans that are high waisted, have good stretch but are spray on skinnies? Preferably in ankle or short length? I like topshop jamies but want something slightly more relaxed on the leg ... without being boyfriend type jeans.

A lot of jeans that are advertised as ‘mom jeans’ are more like a slightly looser high waist skinny than a proper mom jean (or a proper skinny jean). Most are ankle length too.

Next used to do a style called a relaxed skinny that was a bit more straight leg than skin tight but they were only mid rise. Have you had a look at jeans advertised as straight leg? Most of them as actually quite slim on the leg (rather than a loose fit) but not skin tight.

Look at top shop orson if Jamies suit you - they are the same high waist but slightly looser.

Mark's and Spencer 'the carrie' may be a good option

I second the M&S Lily jeans.

Interesting comment on the mom jeans, maybe that's what I should be looking for. Or "slim girlfriend jeans"? I might order the M&S to try (although M&S jeans in the past have looked cheap to me) and also the TD Olsons. Will visit zara and H&M too. Which Levis are the right ones??

Ilove New Look "Yazmin" jeans but they may be a bit too "skinny for you" they are stretchy and comfortable but they are a skinny style....

Gap cigarette high waisted for me too!

I've had uniqlo cigarette jeans that bagged out so much within an hour or so of wear that it's put me off to be honest. The Gap ones look like straight leg jeans to me?

Gap Real Girlfriend jeans. They skim your legs rather than cling. I have several pairs.
